Emotional Mastery - Description

Emotional Mastery Ltd mission is to raise awareness that emotions are an important ally in wellbeing and success.

Whilst Mental Health is so important right now, and rightly so, but I believe we are missing a trick.

Our mental side does not really develop until we are 7/8. Before that we are living purely in the moment. Each experience is tagged with a bio chemical marker -the emotion

By ignoring them, we not only make life more difficult for ourselves but potentially cause ourselves great physical harm (think stress and its effects on the body).

Through 121's and group coaching, we aim to show that emotions are just messages to let us know something is wrong; how to interpret those messages and then how to reduce or even clear them, changing life for the better.
